Pearl Darlene Naglich was born July 4, 1934 in Gorman Township, MN, the daughter of George and Gladys (Borchardt) Mindermann. She passed away Sunday, July 22, 2018 at the Frazee Care Center.
She was baptized at Gorman Lutheran Church and confirmed at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Frazee. Pearl grew up in Gorman Township and attended school in Frazee. After graduating she moved to Minneapolis and worked at Honeywell.
Pearl was united in marriage to Rueben Koljonen in Frazee, and to this union five children were born. They lived in Buffalo and raised their family as Pearl cared for the home. She enjoyed canning, gardening, and baking. Pearl was known for her recipes, remembering birthdays and cross stitching over a 100 pictures.
In June of 1974, Pearl was married to Matthew Naglich in South Dakota. They lived in Buffalo and Pearl worked in the county auditor’s office. Pearl enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren, scrapbooking, bird watching and going on the annual “sister’s get away”. She was blessed to have lived with her adult children for 17 years before moving to the Frazee Assisted Living in 2011.
Pearl is survived by her children: Sandra McConn Halla of Owatonna; Patricia (Lary) Erickson of Cambridge; Douglas (Nancy) Naglich of Milaca; Valerie (Michael) Scurozo of Rochester, NY; grandchildren: Elizabeth (Larry) Bratsch, Lucas McConn, Jacob McConn, H’evona Halla, Matthew (Allison Youngers) Olsen, Jessica (Bjorn Olson) Olsen, Nathan(Marishah) Erickson, Cary (Wes) Hutchison, Benjamin (Abby) Erickson, Chelsey (Hayden) Loven, Joshua Naglich, Nicole (Tom) Brown, Victoria (Garrett) Cole; 17 great grandchildren; siblings: Ruby Snethen of Des Moines, IA; Shirley Fett and Dianne (Lyle) Fett of Frazee; Linda (Roger) Hersom of Minneapolis and other extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Gladys Mindermann; husbands: Rueben Koljonen and Matthew Naglich; daughter: Michele Koljonen; granddaughter: Hannah Halla; son-in-law: Roger Halla.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, July 27, 2018, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Frazee, MN.
Visitation will be Thursday from 5-7:00 PM with a 6:30 PM prayer service at the Furey Funeral home in Frazee and
will continue for one hour prior to the service at the church.
Interment will take place Saturday, July 28 at Lakeview Cemetery in Buffalo, MN.
