Jeannette Fiebelkorn

Jeannette "Jan" E. Fiebelkorn, age 80, passed away Monday, September 21, 2015, at the Frazee Care Center surrounded by her family.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, September 26, 2015, at the Frazee United Methodist Church. Friends and family may gather beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday Morning at the Church.
Jan was born April 22, 1935, to George and Emma (Nelson) Grommesh at the family farm in Alice, ND. Jan graduated from Frazee High School with the class of 1953. She then worked several jobs in the community where she enjoyed interacting and waiting on people. She married Don Fiebelkorn on August 28, 1965 and the couple ran a dairy farm until 1998. She then worked at McDonalds until 2006.
Jan was active with the United Methodist Church in Frazee.
She is survived by husband, Don Fiebelkorn of Frazee; 3 children: Cindy (Dennis) Weinkauf of Wausau, WI, Brad (Pam) Nelson of Perham, MN, and Karl (Pam) Fiebelkorn of Frazee, MN; 4 grandchildren: Amanda Hayes of Wausau, WI, James Perrine of Wausau, WI, Rebecca Nelson of Spring Grove, PA, and Jericho Nelson of Perham, MN; and great granddaughter, Kathlynn Hayes of Wausau, WI; 1 sister, Dorothy (Jack) McBride of Rapid City, SD, and 1 brother, Raymond Grommesh of Detroit Lakes, MN.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Emma Grommesh; 2 brothers: Herbert and Michael; and 4 sisters: Ruth, Kathryn, Edna and Elaine.
